The Gym Didn’t Work Out
After losing some initial weight, I joined a gym. However, waking up early was difficult, and my child’s unpredictable schedule meant I often couldn’t go. After two months, I gave up. Fitting the gym into my work-childcare-household routine was simply too challenging.

What works perfectly for me now is machine Pilates, which I attend three times a week.
